BUYING SERVICE
If the perfect property is not openly available in the market either with us or other agents, then we are able to offer a professional buying service. This is a very time consuming specialist service and is only offered for properties of £2m and above.
Before engaging in this service we will require you to 1) agree to look solely through us and 2) payment of a registration fee as a sign of your serious intent, our exclusive commitment to you and to cover our administration costs. This fee will be deducted from our acquisition fee having secured a property on your behalf within 6 months (or such period as may be agreed) of the date of our receiving your formal instructions. Terms of business will be agreed and confirmed in writing by both parties before we start work.
